Regarding Product Returns and Exchanges:
Once an order is confirmed, our store will reserve the items or place an order on behalf of the customer. Therefore, we do not allow changes or returns.
If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect item, please contact our store for an exchange. We will bear the round-trip SF Express shipping fees.
If the item is in stock, we will reship it within 3 days of receiving the returned product.
If the item is out of stock and needs to be ordered, we will reship it within 7-14 days.
If the item is discontinued, customers can choose to exchange it for another style (paying the price difference, if applicable) or apply for a full refund.
The exchanged item must be in its original, brand-new condition. Please keep the complete product packaging, including accessories, tags, and bags. If the product has been tampered with (tags removed), washed, used, damaged, or has any lingering smells (such as perfume, body odor, smoke, etc.), we will not be able to process the exchange. In such cases, the item will be automatically returned as a collect-on-delivery shipment without further notice.
