Regarding Waiting Time for Orders:
In-Stock Orders:
For orders consisting entirely of in-stock items, they will be shipped within 3-5 business days after the customer has completed the order and payment has been confirmed.
If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you wish to have the in-stock items shipped separately, please leave a message to notify the shop owner after placing the order. Any additional shipping fees for separate shipments will be borne by the customer.
Pre-Order Orders:
After confirming a paid order, we will proceed with the purchase on behalf of the customer.
Pre-ordered items will be shipped within 7-21 business days after the order is placed.
If there is a delay in the availability of the items, exceeding the standard waiting time by 10 days, you may apply for a refund. The remaining items in the order that are already available will be arranged for shipment.
