- Delivery Methods
In cooperation with logistics providers：
SF Express (including home delivery, pick-up points, self-service lockers, etc.)
Delivery Time/Regions：
SF Express delivery in Hong Kong and Macau
Delivery Time: 1-2 days after shipment confirmation
Applicable Regions: Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories
Cross-border delivery (currently not available, please contact the store if needed)
Shipping Instructions
For in-stock products, they will be shipped within approximately 1-3 working days after placing the order (excluding the day of ordering), excluding holidays.
The standard delivery time is Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 18:00. If you require delivery on weekends or public holidays, please contact us.
During festive holidays or in case of a high volume of orders or unforeseen natural disasters, there may be delays in shipping.
